DAIMLER TRUCK – DTR0CKs
Corporate Design and communication
DTR0CKs is the name of a global leadership initiative of Daimler Truck AG.
Our team at Dorten was significantly involved in the development of the initiative’s corporate design and at the same time designed communication measures. In close cooperation with the Daimler Truck Leading Academy team and in cooperation with Coverdale, we worked intensively on the creation and optimization of the application for the EiP Award 2023.
The aim of the initiative was to reach as many top managers of the group as possible globally within a short period of time in order to win them over to the new corporate strategy, to develop their potential and their performance and consequently to recommend individual support programs in order to improve quality in the long term in the interests of the company of each individual top manager.
The initiative received the EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver Award 2023 in the Organizational Development category from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). We are proud to be part of this Daimler Truck success story and to be able to provide conceptual, creative and advisory support together with Coverdale and Macaw DTR0CKs.
